Over the last 8 years I have worked as a freelance producer on more than 30 theatre & dance
productions both in the UK and abroad. Please see below a few productions images of 3 milestone shows I have led on in the UK.
1.“BLACK IS…” by Fubunation
A dance show exploring Blackness in British society through a mixture of choreographic approaches. The show was produced with the support of several partners including Dance East, Fabric Dance and The Arts Council.
2.“What Do You See?” by The PappyShow
A physical theatre show delving into our unconscious biases in daily life. I led this production as a producer on tour in Jersey and later within 'Moving Roots', a collaborative project with Battersea Arts Centre, The Old Court in Wigan, and Restoke in Stoke-on-Trent. The show toured in both Wigan and Stoke-on-Trent, involving local casts and collaboration with our local partners. 3. “Shut Up I’m Dreaming” by The PappyShow commissioned by The National Theatre School
A groundbreaking show celebrating diversity, devised by working closely with students to amplify their voices and stories. I led this production as a producer and collaborated with National Theatre producers to bring it on tour to more than 80 schools across England.
